Fictitious case
Brief: Design three examples of book covers, as well as a concept of the interior formatting, for a comprehensive new collection of the Poirot series.
For this brief there was an emphasis on making the books cohesive as a series, yet easily distinguashable. To make them visually similar I gave them the same frame and typography. Poirot being a large collection of books I implemented three differentiating aspects. The colour, the story-alluding illustration on the front and the flower on the side of the cover.
